Thought Of The Day

Ask of Me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. Psalms 2:8

When we ask the Lord for great things towards in our lives, one’s expectation at times cannot measured to the fulfillment that the Lord is willing to give to the one asking. May our asking be of a mindset rather than formula to input for an instant result. Keep asking, keep seeking so that this persistence may furthermore manifest in you when those things that were once a distant dream, are now a living reality. So, he or she who once asked humbly, may they live accordingly in righteousness, in the light of the blessings received.

Tuesday's Devotion

Psalms 119:1

ALEPH. Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.

  • The word blessed used here, it carries the idea of happiness. The individual is truly happy when he or she walk in the law of God. The word “law” used here, is not the act of thou shall not. But rather how must I live that I may understand those things I shall not do? By walking in the law of God, that is to say, teach me Thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear Thy name. Psalms 86:11

When you as an individual understands that "blessed" speaks to a deep, inherent happiness derived from aligning with God’s way, you illuminate the idea that living in accordance with the divine law isn’t merely about following rules; it’s a transformative pursuit of truth and purpose. This…
