    Proverbs 3:32

For the froward is abomination to the LORD: but His secret is with the righteous.

    Abomination to the LORD

For the froward (perverse) is abomination to the LORD: but His (God) secret is with the righteous.

In other words, the LORD hates people who do evil, but those who are righteous, He takes into his confidence. There are two kind of people in this world in the sight of God. The saved and the unsaved, the righteous and the unrighteous.
