Egypt represents the world and its desires. The people of Israel in despite of their lament, pain, contempt and humiliation felt that they had everything in Egypt (we see it in Exodus 16: 2-3) in the desert brought to light their desires and the deepest of their hearts. but they did not remember the words that God told Moses in exodus 7:16 .. the purpose was to serve the almighty God in the middle of all the processes in the middle of the desert; we do not understand that serving God is celebrating a feast for Jehovah Exodus 5: 1, now to serve God is to obey Him Exodus 15:26 He does not take us out to fulfill our desires or projects, the whole purpose for which He takes us out of the world is for Him and the purposes of Him (Colossians 1:16) wonderful God and the first step is to give your whole heart to Proverbs 23:26 we must refuse, deny ourselves to our desires and wait for his voice and direction .. Glory to God

(Ecclesiastes 12:13 KJV)
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole of man. (Not the whole duty of man) as it has been translated. Rather, the whole of man.
In other words, if a man keep His commandments or abide in the directive path of the Lord, he is a whole man:
Body, soul and spirit.
Unfortunately sometimes we get too comfortable in the desert.
