A Walking New Man

Some words are repeatedly heard in the congregation, though the expression is
well known, but its implication remains intangible.
FLESH
 

The flesh is personal abilities. The personal ability is the will of the individual. This in itself does not bear wrong doing. Nevertheless, a believer is called to believe in Christ. Hence, a
believer who no longer believes in Christ, knowingly or unknowingly in essence has resorted to unbelief by trusting in his or her abilities which is the flesh rather than trusting in God's will. We cannot live without a will, but our will must be made conformable to God's will (Galatians 2:20). As Christ was crucified, but yet Resurrected. So shall be the will or the abilities of the believer, the flesh must be crucified that we may be risen in
newness of life. By trusting in God's will, He becomes our Provider and our Shield. If God is for us, who or what shall be against us?
